Welcome Party

5:30pm – 8:30pm Open House at the home of Linda & Michael Mossman – 1246 (Quartermoon) Bachelor Ridge Road in Bachelor Gulch – Stop by for some cocktails and small bites

*There is no guest parking at the Mossman home. Check in with the concierge in our hospitality room at the Hyatt or call Dial-A-Ride at 970-949-1938 for free transportation to and from the Mossmans’ (from within the Beaver Creek Resort areas). If calling Dial-A-Ride the address is 1246 Quartermoon.

The Dusty Boot

9:00pm – ??? Join us at The Dusty Boot, our favorite Colorado cowboy bar, in Beaver Creek Village next to the Hyatt

Meet & Greet

4:30pm – 6:00pm  Join us in the Hyatt lobby for light snacks and a meet & greet before we head off to the rehearsal dinner.

Shuttle to the Donovan Pavillion

6:00pm  Hop in a shuttle as we take a short ride to Vail for the rehearsal dinner.

Rehearsal Dinner

6:30pm – 10:00pm  Rehearsal Dinner at the Donovan Pavilion in Vail. Hang out and enjoy some Colorado BBQ and drinks.

What to wear? Keep it casual. Jeans and cowboy boots if you’ve got ’em!

Shuttles return to the Hyatt

10:00pm  Shuttles head back to the Hyatt.

Take a Hike

10am Meet in the Hyatt lobby for a guided hike through Beaver Creek.

Lunch

11:30am – 1:00pm  Enjoy a casual lunch at the Hyatt.

Wedding Ceremony

6:30pm – 7:00pmThe ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30pm at the Park Hyatt’s Gerald Ford Hall.

What to wear? Women: Cocktail Dress; Men:

Cocktails followed by Dinner & Dancing

7:00pm – 12:30am Immediately following the ceremony we’ll kickoff the celebration with a cocktail hour and continue with dinner and dancing all night long! Everything is located at the Park Hyatt’s Gerald Ford Hall.

What to wear? Women: Cocktail Dress; Men: Suit & Tie

Brunch

9:00am – 11:00am  Join us for brunch in the Hyatt’s private dining room before you travel home.
